胡益丰副教授简介

胡益丰,男,工学博士,副教授,硕士生导师,江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师,常州市“831高层次创新创业人才培养工程” 首批中青年骨干人才。1977年5月出生,江苏常州人,中共党员。江苏理工学院微纳光电信息材料研究中心主任,主要研究方向:半导体合金薄膜材料与器件。近年来,主持和参与省市级各类科研项目6项,发表SCI研究论文30多篇。

(一)、主持课题

共主持江苏省自然科学基金1项,江苏省教育厅基金1项和常州市科技计划1项。参与国家自然科学基金和江苏省自然科学基金共3项。具体如下:

(1) 江苏省自然科学基金:Sb基纳米复合多层薄膜的相变机理研究,基金号BK20151172,2015.07-2018.06。

(2) 常州市科技计划项目:用于新型信息存储器的GeTe/Sb多层相变薄膜的可控生长及相变机理研究,基金号CJ20160028,2016.5.1-2018.4.30.

(3) 江苏省教育厅基金:低温下NiTi形状记忆合金中缺陷和d电子行为的实验研究,基金号07KJD430041,2007.12-2009.06。
